       The freeze dryer is shipped in boxes on a pallet: a 284lb freeze dryer box of size 35"x29"x43", a 62lb vacuum pump box, and a 30lb accessory box. The pallet size 40"x26"x41". The entire shipment weighs about 400lb.

This thing is a tank

The Mega is a monster. Well thought out and built like a tank. Tim the owner stays by your side (figuratively speaking), answering any installation questions in a very timely manner. So far very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone.

Love my Mega

I bought their Mega Freeze Dryer, and I couldn't be happier with it! The customer support is second to none. Tim (the owner) spent several hours over two days helping me troubleshoot a few issues that were entirely due to user error and ensuring everything was running perfectly. Excellent Experience
