Return Policy

Returns of StayFresh freeze dryer(s) are accepted within the first 60 days of purchase. The item must be returned with the original box and packaging.

We will reimburse you the credit minus the 15% restocking fee and shipping cost (return due to buyer's remorse) after receipt and evaluation of the items being returned, in the same way you paid them.

If an order that has not yet been shipped is cancelled, we will issue a complete refund. However, it is important to be aware that a credit card processing fee will be subtracted. The fee will amount to 3% for customers who have paid in full and 6% for customers who have made purchases using Shop Pay Installments.
