I like it because it seems like the best one on the market. It is easy to use when you download the larger print. It is really neat works well and from what I could see it is by far the best one on the market so far we have not felt bad about it so yes I do love my Stay Fresh freeze dryer. I recommend it to anyone.
Stay fresh by far a superior product to the other brands you can tell by the build quality the thickness of the metal and the result of the final product. Not all things but some things in life you get what you pay for and this is definitely one of those don't cheap out on a machine over $500. Trust me I've spent over 10,000 on the other brands and they don't work anymore, but my stay fresh keeps powering through.
This machine has worked flawless for me. I can process 60 lbs. Of food in one batch. I've run about 12 batches so far and not a single problem. Far better than HR.
I have an elderberry farm, and I sell freeze dried elderberries online, through local stores and at farmer's markets and events. A typical annual elderberry harvest for me is around 1000 pounds, so I need a reliable, large-capacity freeze dryer to produce my products in a reasonable time frame. The Stay Fresh Mega freeze dryer is such a machine.
The Mega is a no-nonsense, heavy-duty tool that simply works. I have freeze dryers from another manufacturer, and they are more home-use oriented than the Stay Fresh Mega. As my business continues to grow, I envision another Mega showing up at my farm.
