D both a freeze dryer and several accessories from Stay Fresh and couldn’t be happier. Everything is of the highest quality and the customer service is above reproach and the standard from which others are judged. If you have a question about the machine or something as simple as “how do I”, just pick up the phone and call. You will speak to a live knowledgeable human being who will answer any question you have or explain what you should do. This is unheard of in this day and age. In short there are several brands of freeze dryers on the market to day for you to choose from but you can’t go wrong with Stay Fresh. Quality, customer service, reliability, and user friendly, you just can’t go wrong. I highly recommend Stay Fresh

Works as it should. I definitely thought these would be whole solid sheets like a baking sheet, but between the grid patteren, there are holes. For solid foods, that's fine, but for liquids, it would go straight through, and youd loose alot of products that sticks to the mat.
