凍結乾燥トレイ

I have had no issues with the freeze dryer itself, but the information included regarding the care, setup and oil changes is certainly lacking and inadequate. For such an expensive machine, I'd expect a well thought out booklet/owners manual to be included. What has arrived with the machine is a pile of random papers, many with conflicting information. The "booklet" has numerous spelling errors and appears to have been written by someone who doesn't speak English well. Was it translated??? This really is lacking and needs correction!!

I only wish I had another machine to run 10 trays at once. I love everything about this machine and all that goes with it. And the ability to contact the company and get emediant help, makes it even better. Thank you. This unit is worth every penny.

I have the large unit with a 4 and a 7 tray inserts. I have ran several batches of fruits and peppers thru it. All has turned out good. I am very pleased with the unit and the service I have received.

I love having the extra trays it allows me to keep going.

Having a 2nd set or even a 3rd set of trays is critical to keep the FD moving. SF trays are well built.
