Open-weave silicone mesh tray liners for 8 in. x 20 in. standard trays and 10.5 in. x 27.5 in. Mega trays.

Ideal for fruit slices and other solid pieces. The open mesh lets heat pass from the tray straight into the food, so batches dry faster — unlike a traditional solid silicone mat, which insulates the food from the heated shelf and slows the cycle. Finished pieces lift off cleanly instead of bonding to bare stainless steel.

Not suitable for liquids. Purees, yogurt and anything pourable will run through the mesh — use parchment paper for those.

Food-grade silicone, dishwasher safe, reusable.

  • Standard size: 5 sheets — one per tray for a 5 tray batch.
  • Mega size: 6 sheets — one per tray for a 6 tray Mega batch.

Great quality! I’ve been freeze drying non-stop.

Works as it should. I definitely thought these would be whole solid sheets like a baking sheet, but between the grid patteren, there are holes. For solid foods, that's fine, but for liquids, it would go straight through, and youd loose alot of products that sticks to the mat.
